EA has announced 2 new cars for Need For Speed World. You will be able to enjoy the 1971 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG, the Renault Megane R.S. and the Mustang RTR-X

In 1971, the Nissan Fairlady 240ZG or Z-car was released in Japan in order to make the car eligible for racing. Staying true to its racing bloodlines, it is powered by an in-line six engine and featured a signature 190mm long nose, also known as the “G-nose”. Combining good looks and powerful performance, this vintage racer became an instant classic.

The Renault Sport Mégane R.S. Renault has had a long history in Formula 1 racing and much of that technology trickled into their production line-up.
This French compact is equipped with a new generation turbocharged engine, boasting such impressive power that you can feel confident challenging any Tier 2 rival in NFSW. This beast also boasts an excellent power-to-weight ratio, allowing it to emerge as one of the best cars in its class. The Renault Sport Mégane R.S. with its high standard of handling, combined with ultimate traction, makes it a contender for “King of the Road”.

Welcome back the ultimate drift machine from Shift 2…. the Mustang RTR-X! Designed by the 2010 Formula D Champion, Vaughn Gittin Jr. and Need for Speed’s Andy Blackmore, this black beauty made its mark and debut at SEMA 2010. To stand out from the pack, the RTR-X is equipped with a 2012 Boss 302, 440HP V8 engine, a lowered ride height, as well as, custom “Sonic Green” key line visuals accompanied by Satin paint work. This street legal drift car was hand-made and influenced by Japanese Classics, Drift cars and of course, American Muscle!
