Blending the best of German engineering and cutting-edge hybrid technology, the Porsche 918 RSR is a 767hp bullet that follows in the footsteps of the GT3 R Hybird, and can be traced further back to the legendary 917. Today we are introducing the Lamborghini Murciélago LP670-4 SV for Need for Speed: The Run. This Murcielago can easily hit the 213Mph speed limit with its 661Hp V12 Powerplant and being significantly lighter by 220lbs due to the carbon fiber built within its body. Being lighter and faster than the original LP670, this Lamborghini will be tough to keep up with through the tight corners.

When shoehorning its big brothers 520 horse V12 into its more compact engine bay, Aston Martin added carbon fiber hood louvers to assist in cooling the bigger engine. To give the faster Vantage more downforce, the team at Aston Martin also updated the front bumper and added a rear diffuser. Weight saving measures included giving it some carbon fibre bodywork including an all-carbon trunklid. The Vantage was already a visceral experience with the V8, just imagine it with 4 more cylinders and almost 100 more horsepower in The Run!

Following in the footsteps of the jaw-dropping Zonda, Pagani unveiled its second production car, the Huayra, with a Mercedes-AMG V12 bi-turbo that spits out over 700 horsepower. The mammoth engine has a seven-speed sequential gearbox that was selected over a dual-clutch to keep weight down. On the outside, the Huayra uses a remarkable aerodynamic system that engages flaps on the front and rear of the car to minimize drag while maximizing downforce. Sadly, it won’t go on sale until 2012, but you can reach its 230mph top speed when you race it cross-country in Need For Speed The Run.
