With only five Pagani Zonda Cinque’s in existence, its a very rare car to acquire. It is the first Pagani to have a sequential gearbox both paddles and a stick. It also uses Pagani’s own invention for the Cinque, carbon-titanium, to keep it feather-light. Other touches include a longer front splitter, redesigned rear wing, and extra air intakes for rear brakes. In The Run, with its AMG V12, almost nobody will be able to catch you!

Our friends over at Gamerzines had revealed new information about the multiplayer system to be used online in The Run.

There are six different game modes which are planned for use in The Run, however there is the possibility that there may be adjustments before the release on November 15th.

First, we have the Supercar Challenge Series. This series is described simply as racing “the fastest cars on the fastest tracks”. Players should expect the most powerful and magnificent four-wheeled creations to be raced in this series. The fastest track could mean anything, though, its more likely that tight, windy courses will be passed over in exchange for high speed freeways allowing these supercars to get to their top speeds.

Next we have the NFS Edition Racing Series. Players can only race specific cars which belong to the NFS Edition collection. Many cars will have their own NFS Edition performances. Some mentioned were the Lamborghini Aventador, Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and the Porsche 911 Carrera S, with many more left to be discovered.

The Underground Series, is a kind of return to the previous Need for Speed Games of the same name. Most of these cars are likely to be strictly tuner cars such as the Nissan 370Z, Mazda MX-5, Volkswagen GTI Mk1 and BMW M3 E30 Sport Evolution.

Going forward into the Mixed Competition Series, we look at this as an open class, any car goes free-for-all.

Rounding the corner, we have the Exotic Sprint Series, these events will only be open and available to exotic cars like the Aston Martin One-77 and the Lamborghini Gallardo LP550-2 Valentino Balboni, and many more of the high performance European Supercars.

Finally, on the last stretch, we have Car Battles. This series revolves around the car battle event which is also featured throughout the single-player career. These events, as they sound, are completely about staying in the lead for a preset amount of time in order to eliminate them. Personally, this sounds like a new take on the old school Knockout, with it being timed, and last player is out, rather than laps determining the elimination. In other words, just stay out of last place.

It should be worth noting that each of the previously mentioned series consist of anywhere between three and five events to determine the ultimate victor via a points structure.

You can find above the newest trailer about Need for Speed The Run which will be available in not even two weeks. While it shows some of the features that will be included in the new online gameplay in The Run, EA points out the simplicity of the new system that will allow many new functions for the user in order to give the best gameplay experience as possible.
